Really Fun Custom Order To Make...

a Unicorn Hat!! 

 Yes, it's a unicorn hat; crocheted in beautiful, vibrant colors!!!!

I was asked to make this as a custom order for someones 4 year old daughter, who apparently loves it. (message from her mom)

 The mane was the most interesting part to make. 

The pieces are crocheted in a variety of lengths and colors giving it a magical, flowing, little girl, vibrant, fun effect.

This is the second one of these elephant hats I've made. 

They are so cute and perfect for baby photo shoots! 

This hat was crocheted for a baby boy.

(For a girl I would make the inner ears and tie colors grey, white, and pink.)

 I didn't get this posted when it sold in February but here it is. 

Purchased as a "welcome to the world" baby gift, this hat was delivered to Santa Cruz, CA.

This is now sold out in the shop but there is also a pink and brown still for sale.

From Christmas but not Necessarily For Christmas...

So, yeah my title sounds a little funny but its true, I made these products for Christmas but they are good for other times of the year as well!  

 Who says that green and white or red and white booties are only for winter time?!!

Or that a warm, soft Polar Bear Hat wouldn't be nice for this time of the year either?

Hello Everyone! 

I hope you had a great Christmas and New Years!

  Well, I kinda fell off the face of the planet in December with my blogging, so sorry everyone.

  I baked lots of cookies and cinnamon rolls this year. 

And there were plenty of crocheted hats and knit scarves too.  

Of course I decorated too and that always lots of fun.

But its a new year now and time to start to think about the things I want to make, upcoming birthdays, holidays, etc. 

What are your plans and goals for the New Year?
