Recently, I was invited to a bridal shower.

 I chose to make hot pads that matched the couple's kitchen towel colors.

Crocheting hot pads has always been a lot of fun for me and they make great gifts!!

I made this as a birthday gift for a very special lady in my life! 

Her favorite color is red and she didn't have any infinity scarves yet. 

So, this the perfect gift. 

Instead of knitting the scarf, like I did the previous one, I decided to crochet it.

My Valentine's

Handmade Valentine's

 

I know this is a little belated but I wanted to show you the Valentine's I made this year. 

There wasn't a lot of time for me to make things this year. 

So I made something very simple this year. . 

I just used pink card stock, white heart doilies, yarn, and chocolates that I bought. 

They were well received and turned out cute!!

Baby Shower Gift

A Duck Theme

Recently, I was invited to a baby shower.

 I like to make/purchase "themed gifts". 

Ducks are cute. Ducks are fun.  And ducks remind me of sweet smelling, happy, snugly babies.  

Can you guess what theme I chose? 

Yes, ducks!!

I purchased several "duck" things. A rubber ducky, onesies with ducks, a duck towel and a little something for the mommy that had ducks on it.

I crocheted a duck hat and little duck feet booties. 

They turned out pretty cute!!!
